‘Estimating Services for Builders’

Send Drawings – Email your existing and proposed plans/ elevations and any other relevant project documentation.

Acceptance of Quote – We’ll send you a quote for your cost plan documents, ready for your acceptance. On acceptance and receipt of payment we will send an order form for further information and details such as customer details, profit margins, preliminaries, labour and plant rates etc.

Receive Documents – Once accepted, we’ll get started on your documents and email you the final versions.

The Contractor – Before we finalise the estimate, we will contact you to discuss further requirements.

The self-builder – Default labour and plant rates, national average building contractors mark up of around 18% and allowances for regional variations. Alternatively, state on order form if you have any specific requirements.
